My partner and I stopped in late Saturday evening around 9pm. It was just one guy doing the serving and the cooking. He took his time but for the quality and attention to detail, it is worth the wait. The prices are very reasonable, we got so much good food for just $50! We will definitely be coming back.

Last minute decided to come by and dine here and was pleasantly surprised by the udon, salmon mango and dragon roll! Owner and staff was very friendly. I hope to visit again soon :)

Some of the best sushi in the city, especially in the south end! The service is incredible and the food is always fresh and super delicious, cooked perfectly! It’s usually just the owner and one server after 9/10 pm and they’re both super nice and really attentive. The food always comes out hot and fresh and even with large parties they juggle everything really well just the two of them.

We came here a little late on a Thursday, around 45 minutes before close. We were not sure if we could still dine in, but they welcomed us with open arms and were so kind! The service was excellent and fast. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful. The sushi was OUTSTANDING; so fresh and flavourful! The prices were also so reasonable for the quality and quantity we received! We really enjoyed our dinner– such a relaxing and chill atmosphere–and will definitely be back and recommending this hidden gem to our friends!

Great prices and great food! There was only one male worker who was doing the serving AND cooking. He did not rush the quality of the food and everything still came out tasting great! He was also very considerate and thoughtful, he even gave us extra cups in case we wanted share, put out an extra table to give more space, VERY VERY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Of course it takes a few more minutes to get your full order as he was the only one working doing everything, but he was making sure to alternate between the tables to get their food, and honestly the service was definitely worth the wait! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and thank you again for a lovely visit!

I ordered the unagi bowl and a miso soup. I was very happy with the inclusion of fresh veggies in the unagi bowl. I was also happy with the miso soup, which included lots of tofu and seaweed, both of which I love. The service was very fast and very friendly. It was only around 20 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I walked out with my to go order.
